Answer
Mary,

I am dutifully waiting for a company out there to come up with a cordless backpack leafblower, but at this time, no product exists.

Hello Joe, I have a very small front & back yard. I'm getting older and I don't feel like dealing with the up keep of a gas lawn mower, Gas Trimmer/ and gas leaf blower. Thinking of going totally Green with said Greenworks products. How do I go about storing and keeping charged the 40 volt batteries through the winter months. I have a small detached shed with electric but no heat. Before I toss all gas powered equip. and go electric I would appreciate you professional opinion Sir. Thank you and have a good Holiday Season. I live in central New Jersey.

Answer
Tim,

My advice would be to keep the tools outside, but keep the chargers and batteries on the inside of your home where the weather is a a bit more controllable. It will just be better all around.

When you are storing the batteries, it is ok to store the batteries fully depleted, and then charge them before you plan to use them. You won't want to leave them on the charger the entire time.
